There is more than one artist with this name: 1) An American metal / black metal band that was formed in the late winter of 1997. Founding members Hellspawn (Lead Guitar/Vocals), Talon (Percussion), and Tora (Bass/Vocals) recorded “From The Ashes” a 2 song demo featuring Sarah Gibbs on rhythm guitar. The demo was well received in the underground scene. In 2009 Lisa Holladay later joined their ranks as keyboardist.

A pair of demos (1989's "Reduced to Ashes" and 1990's "Excruciating Pain") led to a contract with French label Thrash Records, who in turn released "The Black Mass" in 1991.
