Channel Zero is a Belgian metal band. Franky DSVD (current project: Skitsoy), Xavier Carion (current project: Sons of Jonathas), Tino DeMartino and Phil B. came together in Brussels (Belgium) in 1990. They started 'Channel Zero', inspired on the 'Public Enemy' song 'She Watch Channel Zero'. In August 1997 Channel Zero anounced the split of the band. Meanwhile they had produced five albums: Channel Zero (1992), Stigmatized... Skyforger is a folk metal band from R?ga, Latvia. They have been tempering their music in the smithy of the Thundergod since 1995. For the last decade, the band has been fighting under the flag of Latvian pagan metal; an extreme blend of traditional baltic folk music and various metal influences ranging from Norwegian inspired black metal through to 80s-rooted heavy metal. The band's unique combination of ancient and modern influence has given them a wide appeal throughout both the metal and folk scenes...
As Saschienne, Sascha Funke has formed a duo extraordinaire with multi-talented instrumentalist, singer and wife Julienne Dessagne, displaying an expressivity previously unknown to anyone following his solo work. Far away from the romantic hokum of crude feelgood songwriting, both not only focus on on the harmony and bliss, but explore the discord, the misunderstandings that great love brings with it.
The year is 2013...
The Old Continent is on the brink of total collapse. After two pyrrhic victories the Fifth French Republic groans under the yoke of Berlin at long last, making once proud France the 17th state of Germany. To secure some hope for a sixth French Republic, the French music label Season of Mist has shown remarkable vigour and artistic courage to forge an alliance with the only triple-A rated band in Europe: The Monolith Deathcult (TMDC).
The band was born in 2003 with the name "Pegatina Sound System" after Ovidi i Adrià meet Rubén, who up to that moment was playing solo. They decided to throw forward the project, without knowing to where it would go. One year later they had more than 20 performances under their belts and were one of the most active groups in the Catalan market. The band were starting to take part in festivals and performances in different places in Spain.
