Their music can be described as Nitrock (explosive-progressive Hardrock). Influenced by bands as King Crimson, Deep Purple and Dream Theater, this style distincts itself by its eccentric, energetic character.

There are several artists with the name Hawk: 1) HAWK is a Chicago band that plays stripped-down, raw rock with roots in garage and Americana. Alternative press said they combine "the crunch of AC/DC, the swagger of the Stones, and the melodies of Tom Petty." Their music is "inspired by 'the badass orange Camaro my brother had when we were growing up' leader/songwriter David Hawkins says, 'We'd drive around, getting stoned, listening to AC/DC, Zeppelin, Humble Pie, and the Stones...you know, REAL music. There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Alternative hip-hop group from the United States. Their first single "Hunting Man", which features/samples Disney star and indie singer-songwriter Hayley Kiyoko, was released on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Their debut mixtape, "The Cloud Story", is set to be released in Summer 2012. This is the only Glory to give a fuck about. 2) Hardrock band from sweden, popular in the late 80s and early 90s.

Silent Call

Arising from the thriving music scene of Stockholm, Sweden, Silent Call trace their lineage all the way back to the year 1990, when founding members Daniel Ekholm and Patrik Ulfström met through a common friend. Realizing their common passion and strong melodic influence, they began playing together in the local heavy metal band Satins 'n' lace later renamed to Jamback and did so for many years apart from a few short breaks for some separate projects in various bands, forming what remains the chief driving force and songwriting effort behind Silent Call's sound.

Downfall was a and band from the Bay Area formed by Tim Armstrong, Matt Freeman, Dave Mello, Pat Mello, and Jason Hammon following the break-up of Operation Ivy in 1989 and pre-dating Armstrong's and Freeman's wider recognition in Rancid. Black Majesty

There are several bands sharing the name Black Majesty: 1) A melodic power metal band from Melbourne, Australia. So far they have released five LPs: Sands of Time (2003), Silent Company (2005), Tomorrowland (2007), In Your Honour (2010) and Stargazer (2012). The band was formed in 2001 under the name Kymera and with various members already well known on the local metal and heavy rock scene. Guitarist Steve Janevski was drawn from Cyclone Tracy, a long-running heavy rock/hair metal outfit.

The debut album "Kingdom of the Night", 1989 which was already released in Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia and the USA sold 100 000 copies immediately. It became the best selling debut album by a Hard Rock band in Germany in 1989. "Axxis II" marked a similar huge success in 1990, followed by the authentic and energetic live release "Access All Areas" a year later. The ambitious "The Big Thrill" became a best seller in 1993.
