Rage Sadler & Elliot Jackson started writing together in early 2009. Throughout the year they auditioned bass players, eventually finding Dan Mailer who coincidentally lived a few streets away from Elliot and where the band originally practiced. Two of the first songs they worked on ended up on the band's debut E.P. these would become Lies of the Forsaken and Violent Metal. Later that year the songs Helpless Salvation and Unrelenting Chaos were also written the latter starting as an impromptu jam at the bands rehearsals.

Their sound takes inspiration from the best alternative rock bands including Porcupine Tree, Muse and Radiohead.
Sunday Recovery formed in 2009 in Rome when the Italian composer Gianluca Cucchiara started collaborating with the singer Mirko Petrini and the guitar player Fabio Staffieri. Then Fabio Testaferrata (Drum) joined the project and at last Emanuele Nazzaro (Bass). For the release of their first CD "Coma", which contains 11 original tracks, the band worked together for about a year, almost never leaving the recording studio!

S&M are the two founders of Dolph Hamster Music. They are responsible for releasing all the trash you hear from DHM. They recently decided to cover Miley Cyrus' entire new album, just to see if they could make it better. Did they manage this? Who knows. Have a listen and see what you think.

Since the release of their debut album "Afterlife" Soul Sanctuary have received an exceptional response from fans across the world and a fan base that continues to grow on a daily basis. This year sees the band making moves towards their first major UK tour and the production of the second album, the band also hints at the chance of a digital taster EP set to be released sometime during the summer.
