Technical Brutal Death Metal

Fractured Insanity

Fractured Insanity is a brutal death metal band from Moorsele, Belgium. They formed in 2004 by Cid (Vocals, Aeons of Old/Valkyre), Kenny (Lead Guitar), Dieter (Guitar, Pulverize), Didier (Bass, Fleshmould) and Ignace (Drums, Huldrefolk and Aguynguerran). They mix death and gore with their twisting, stop-start catch riffs and hard-tuned drums to create an original piece of death metal. The band self-released an EP "The Ethics of Nihility" in 2006 which put together an awesome crush of guitars and engery into the brutal death metal scene.

Cryptopsy

Originating from the Montreal area, this group first appeared in 1992, when it was called Necrosis; in the same year it was reincarnated under the name of Cryptopsy. With just a demo called Ungentle Exhumation and then the album Blasphemy Made Flesh (1994), the group acquired a solid reputation on the international scene. Their release of None So Vile in 1996 was the first burst of brilliance in their career.

The Monolith Deathcult

The year is 2013...

The Old Continent is on the brink of total collapse. After two pyrrhic victories the Fifth French Republic groans under the yoke of Berlin at long last, making once proud France the 17th state of Germany. To secure some hope for a sixth French Republic, the French music label Season of Mist has shown remarkable vigour and artistic courage to forge an alliance with the only triple-A rated band in Europe: The Monolith Deathcult (TMDC).

A highly technical and avant-garde band, Gorguts was formed in 1989 by Luc Lemay (guitar/vocals), Sylvain Marcoux (guitar), Eric Giguere (bass) and Stephane Provencher (drums) in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. They recorded a demo in 1990 entitled "And Then Comes Lividity", and then in 1991 released "Considered Dead" on Roadrunner, their first full length of death metal.
