Gloria Estefan (born Gloria María Fajardo, September 1, 1957, in Havana, Cuba) is a seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, actress and social activist. Known as the "Queen of Latin Pop", she in the top 100 best-selling music artists with over 100 million albums sold worldwide, 31.5 million of those in the United States. Estefan is the most successful crossover performer in Latin music to date.

Bec and Sam joined from the band We Are Dreamers, on keys and rhythm respectively, to give the band their unique, catchy-yet-brutal sound!
Zapa (Miguel Zapata), was born in A Coruña (Spain) in 1989. He started a Bob Dylan tribute band with two friends and toured until late 2006 as The Highlights. He started writing his own music right after leaving the band, recording in 2007 his first demo, "Five Songs Left". Before this EP came out, they had have a lot of guest features on various samplers. Human Bomb started in 2001 and was their first LP. Followed in 2004 a second album Speech of Freedom, then Illicite Stuff Live, a live recorded in Saint-Nazaire (with former-singer Djag as guest).

Boards of Canada are an electronic music duo from Edinburgh, Scotland, UK, formed in 1986 and comprised of brothers Mike Sandison (born 1 June 1970) and Marcus Eoin (born 21 July 1971).
