The Norwegian band Casiokids is not just an electronic act, but also include a shadow puppet group. John Doe refers to (at least) five different artists: 1. John Doe (born John Nommensen Duchac on February 25, 1954 in Decatur, Illinois) is the founder of the seminal L.A. punk band X, produced and managed by Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek. His musical compositions and performances are varied, including country and folk music. Doe also performs with the country-folk-punk band The Knitters and in 2009 formed John Doe And The Sadies. In the early 1980s Doe performed on two albums by fellow L.A punk band The Flesh Eaters.

Moddi is the solo project of Pål Moddi Knutsen, a North Norwegian boy in the twenties using his accordion and ocean blue guitar to make songs that "always sound bigger in my head than what ends up on tape". His debut album was recorded in Greenhouse, Reykjavik, produced by Valgeir Sigurðsson, and was released in february 2010 on Impeller Recordings to great reviews.

The name BigBang/BIGBANG refers to two different artists: 1. Bigbang have been dubbed Norway’s Greatest Live Band, and have been a major force in the Norwegian music scene for over a decade. During the past two years, the band has spent time focusing on the American market. Based in California, they have toured the country, playing intimate gigs and promoting their American debut From Acid to Zen, a compilation of songs from previously released albums.
