Bohren & der Club of Gore are a noir jazz band founded in 1992 in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany by Thorsten Benning (drums), Morten Gass (keys), Reiner Henseleit (guitar), and Robin Rodenberg (upright / double bass). They play a crossover of jazz and ambient, which they self described as an "unholy ambient mixture of slow jazz ballads, Black Sabbath doom and down tuned Autopsy sounds". Over the years they have continously reduced and compressed their music to extremes.
A bit of history… At the age of 12 Franck meets music and discovers drums and percussions. In the 90’s, he joins his first pop/rock band “Romy et les Gateaux secs” as a drummer and they soon will sign on with Barclay recording company for three LPs. He quickly learns the tricks of the trade thanks to numerous live concerts and tours in France and Belgium. In 1995, he changes his way when discovering electro-music which will come to enrich his musical universe. Kick Bong then starts to compose in his own recently set up home-studio.
There was more than one band named Silent Scream. One of them was a hardcore band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin that was around from about 1987 to about 1989. Feeding Fingers is a trio fronted by artist, musician, author and animator, Justin Curfman. The band was founded in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia, but has since relocated to Germany. Formation (2006) Justin Curfman, an award-winning animator/filmmaker from Atlanta, Georgia. He had written and produced pieces of music that never found a place in any of his films. With support from guitar/bass player, Todd Caras and percussionist, Danny Hunt, Justin Curfman formed a band to rearrange the pieces as songs and play them live.
There are 2 bands named Ricochets. 1) A rock band from Fredrikstad, Norway. Formed in 1998 by Trond Andreassen (vocals), Alexander Kloster-Jensen (guitar), Kjetil Hansen (keyboards), Ole Bjerkebakke (drums) and Knut Olsen (bass). Their debut-album was released in 2000. The band split up in 2001 but reformed in 2002 with a new lineup. Morgan Mikkelsen replaced Ole on the drums and Svenn Poppe Jr. replaced Kjetil on keyboard.

Broken Twin is the synonym of a young woman (Majke Voss Romme) with good stories to tell and a magical way of doing so. Drawing upon the eerie sounds of the Northern hemisphere and musically influenced by acts such as Feist, Nico and Anthony and the Johnsons her simple setup of bass, piano, guitar, vocals and percussion intertwines in a whirlwind of creaking pianobenches, floating vocals and cantankerous guitars.
Singapore Sling is a shoegaze band from Reykjavík, Iceland. As of 2009 they have released four albums and a best of compilation. Singapore Sling have supported The Brian Jonestown Massacre on their North American tours and covered Dirty Water a 1966 garage rock hit by The Standells in their debut album. They have also covered The Monks' I Hate You in the 2006 compilation Silver Monk Time: A Tribute to the Monks.
There are 3 artists by this name 1) DJ Gid - a DJ based in London, playing primarily Reggae, Dancehall, Roots and culture. 2) Gid is a solo project by Michaël Ball that is influenced by folk music, ambient and doom metal. Gid began in 2001, when Michaël started writing various pieces of music for different projects and combined them. Currently a demo EP is being finalised. 3) Gid is a guitarist and songwriter who played with Redfish Bluefish in Melbourne Australia in the early '90s.
