In 1998 with the support of Giacomo Maiolini, owner of Time Records, Alex founds Rise Records, which soon becomes one of the most respected European labels, signing hit records like The Tamperer and Black Legend (Alex is the only Italian A&R who had two # 1 in the UK sales chart ) and the super -hit of Robbie Rivera “Bang”, which allowed him in 2000 to get the nomination as best European A&R at the European Music Awards in London.
Dead or Alive is an influential new wave band from Liverpool that rose to popularity during the 1980s and gained a cult following in Japan during that time. They are best known for the hit singles "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" and "Brand New Lover". Before Pete Burns founded Dead Or Alive, he was involved with a Liverpool based band named Nightmares In Wax (no relation to Nightmares on Wax). The band centred around alternative music and released their only notable record, Black Leather in 1979 or 1980.
Mark Fell and Mat Steel formed SND in 1998 and were quickly placed at the forefront of new digital minimalism. With a series of influential releases on their own label SND and on the now defunct Frankfurt Mille Plateaux, SND pioneered a sound that combined the linear minimalism of Ryoji Ikeda and Oval, with the rhythmic geometry of techno artists such as Thomas Brinkmann or Derrick May. Anek is an alternative rock band formed in 2001 in Lecce, Italy. Become more popular in 2009 with the release of their “5439" EP and their first single, "Bella", that aired on several local radio stations. Founding members Pete Sandon, his brother Jan Sandon and their friend Dario "Rock-D" Scordari welcomed guitarist Dave Tufano in 2006. At the end of 2009 Jan and Dario left the band and new drummer Loris De Carlo, son of the famous Italian drummer Enzo De Carlo, joined the band. The new line up finished to write and arrange new songs and travelled to London to record Anek first full length.

2 Live Crew is a controversial rap group, largely due to the sexual themes of one album, As Nasty As They Wanna Be (1989). The 2 Live Crew formed as three men in the Air-Force all became stationed in Riverside California in 1983. Inspired by Planet Rock and Pretty Tony records, they put the group together with the intentions of "sustaining the 808 kick drum". They recorded their first release in 1984 which became a staple of Luke Skywalker and The Ghetto Style DJ's in Miami.
