Lo-fi, catchy as fuck pop tunes from a bunch of Western Sydney kids. Try and listen to "Girls" or "Eloise" and not be humming them for the rest of the day.

Camella Lobo & Juan Mendez, a.k.a. Silent Servant.
Drenched in romanticism and soaked in themes of solitude, mortality and love,
Tropic of Cancer's music forms a strangely hypnotic connection with its listener.
Camella Lobo's majestic vocals, warmly cradled by waves of ascending synths,
plangent guitar, and foreboding beats, summon the listener into a world of dark
decadence and delicate beauty.

They went on hiatus in Autumn 2012 and in December 2012 Kellogg began working on a solo record, his first solo release since 2002. It's said that the musical urge in Kellogg started with a mixture of his dad's records (Cat Stevens/Jim Croce) and his sister's (Mötley Crüe/Bon Jovi). The songwriting of the former and the showmanship of the latter was the beginning of the musical attitude that pervades Kellogg's work today.

He would live in Beijing for the next few years, writing and recording only occasionally. With the release of DIA on Locust Music in 2009, however, he decided to move back to the States and form a band around Amen Dunes.
