Following a support to the Dead Kennedys, Grong Grong impressed Jello Biafra so much that he offered them a deal with Alternative Tentacles. The self titled EP featured one studio side (recorded as part of winning a battle of the bands contest) and a live side recorded at the Seaview Ballroom in St-Kilda (Melbourne). Unfortunately, as luck would have it when the EP was released lead singer Michael was in a coma for a number of years following a drug overdose which put Grong Grong on hiatus.

Crystal Antlers formed in January 2006 in Long Beach, California. Creating their own blend of psychedelic, punk, & soul, the band quickly became local favorites among a broad range of rock fans. They've released two limited 7"s on small labels & recently released their first EP with producer Ikey Owens (Mars Volta/Free Moral Agents). Crystal Antlers issued their debut record, EP, in June 2008.

She is known in music circles as one of the most brilliant and exciting violinists of our time.
Usually referred to simply as Midori (she dropped the surname in response to the dissolution of her parents' marriage), she was first taught the violin by her mother, Setsu Goto, who discovered her daughter's innate musicality at the age of two...

Robedoor is the duo of Alex: slime, knives and distortion, and Notnotfun label head honcho Britt on fire, howls and cloaks...
Hmmm... but what does all that mean, sonically? Well, precisely what you might imagine. A blackened drone drenched world of slime and knives and fire, dense clouds of distorted howls, a thick cloak of fuzz and buzz wrapped around the proceedings like a thick, well, cloak! Actually this is a lot prettier than you might imagine. That is, if your idea of pretty includes tons of low end and a world of slow motion doomdrone.
