No Age is a noise rock band from Los Angeles, California which formed in December, 2005. The band consists of Randy Randall (guitar) and Dean Spunt (vocals, drums). The band has so far released two albums, 2007's "Weirdo Rippers" (a compilation of early material) and 2008's "Nouns". In mid-2008, the band released the single "Eraser", which has since become the band's best known song. Japanther is a punk rock band from Brooklyn, New York, United States formed in 2001 by two students at Pratt Institute. The band consists of Ian Vanek—who plays drums, cassettes, and sings—and Matt Reilly—who plays bass, a Casio SK-1, and also sings. They have recorded with Plan-It-X Records, Tapes Records, Wäntage USA and the Menlo Park label. Japanther has been featured in Vice, The New York Times, Gothamist, Dallas Observer, Razorcake, and New York magazine among others. In the first two years of the band, they toured nine times.

Fitting to its name, the San Francisco quartet Enablers writes songs that are equally manipulative and encouraging to our darkest desires. The band made up of journeyman veterans of Swans, Tarnation, Nice Strong Arm and Toiling Midgets merges dramatic and flowing melodic soundscapes -- of which SF Gate calls "possibly the world's best power trio" -- with the visceral spoken narratives of underground literary veteran Pete Simonelli.

Nathan Williams, under the name Wavves, is a beach punk musician based in San Diego, California. Performing live, he is assisted by Ryan Ulsh. He released his self-titled debut LP in 2008 and since has gained notable media attention from the internet, and other areas including Pitchfork Media and ABC News. He has also allowed some of his tracks to be released for free on RCRD LBL. He is currently signed to Fat Possum Records and has released his second full-length album, Wavvves.
