A Man Down are a pasty faced, ugly, alcohol ridden pop punk band from near Brighton. Claiming they sound like someone kicked NFG in the throat A Man Down are willing to travel hundreds of miles just to have a chance of playing their music in front of a crowd. They have played all over the UK and have recently finished recording their new CD with the legend that is Pete Miles.

Santessa is the UK's best kept secret. Her debut album DELIRIUM, produced by Stuart Matthewman, (Sade, Maxwell, Sweetback) released through Sony UK in 2000, was critically acclaimed across the board. It has gone on to become a highly sought after collectors item worldwide. Born on the Isle of Man, but without a drop of Manx blood; Her mother is half English, half Ghanaian, and her father hails from Ireland.

The Honda Express

Ah well, when Strawberry Story split up, the delightful writing style of Rex and James, coupled with Paul's bass accompaniment was just dying to carry on. There were still songs to be written and people to play for, so a sprightly young Ed was recruited to be the drummer and the drum machine was flogged on eBay. The resultant fusion is "The Honda Express" named after Strawberry Story song Summer Scene. Hope you like it.

The Be Good Tanyas are an trio with and influences, hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia. They play a combination of original and traditional material, and are notable for their lush vocal harmonies. The group features Frazey Ford (guitar, vocals), Samantha Parton (guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals) and Trish Klein (electric guitar, banjo, harmony vocals). There at least two different representatives of the name Twine. 1) Baltimore, Maryland's Greg Malcolm and San Diego, California's Chad Mossholder comprise a unique musical entity. Twine is the culmination of their extended history, which includes their acclaimed 2002 LP Recorder for France's Bip-Hop and their distinguished catalogue for Chicago's Hefty Records and Sweden's Komplott. Their sound contains a mysterious and unresolved quality, the result of the musical relationship which the group's two main practitioners share.

Harry Styles

Harry Edward Styles, born 1 February 1994 (age 19), is from the village of Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England and is a member of English-Irish five-piece boyband One Direction. Styles was the lead singer for the band White Eskimo with band members lead guitarist Haydn Morris, bass guitarist Nick Clough and drummer Will Sweeny. Styles auditioned with "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder and received positive comments from two of the three judges present at his audition, with Louis Walsh having terrible doubts on whether he was ready to progress in the competition.
