Summer Cats

Summer Cats are two girls and three boys from Melbourne, Australia. Like most people from Melbourne, they spend their time either: a) enjoying summer or b) waiting for summer to arrive. They play crash pop in an attempt to make you dance, so if you feel the urge...go right ahead! Musically they are somewhat of a cross between Stereolab and The Go-Betweens....or is that Talulah Gosh and The Left Banke?

Birth Glow

A quality product of Adelaide water, three-piece Birth Glow gave ears the shivers with their debut proper release Ultimate Relief, released in 2007 and featuring eight haunted and idiosyncratic interpretations of folk music. Birth Glow unite the levitating lead vocals of Ellen Carey (Fair Maiden, Clue To Kalo, ex-Jemima Jemima), Nick Walton's (Sweet Raxxx) sad baritone and the sparse melodic guitar and drum arrangements of Steph Crase (No Through Road).

Anonymeye

Anonymeye is the nom de plume of Andrew Tuttle from Brisbane, Australia. Tuttle’s work as Anonymeye reconfigures various organic and mechanic musics within a sonic framework akin to an abstract musical Esperanto. Utilising electronic and acoustic instrumentation including acoustic guitar, signal processing, synthesisers, and effects units, Anonymeye straddles and blurs boundaries between improvisation and composition, experimentation and song-form, rural landscapes and urban constructions and melody and dissonance.
