Rise of The Northstar is a young thrash band whose spirit was born in the back alleys on 1980s Shibuya. Indeed, Japanese culture, mangas and it's "Furyos" are all an integral part of ROTNS's music. Through it's lyrics and imagery distilled winthin the music, the band created a real identity for themselves, unique, close to 90's New York Hardcore, Shonen manga and contemporary metal-core... So Solid Crew

So Solid Crew are a UK garage and grime act whose hits include "Oh No" and "21 Seconds", the latter of which reached number one in the official UK Singles Chart in August 2001. Another hit, "They Don't Know", reached number three in November 2001 and "Haterz" got to number eight in January 2002. "Ride Wid Us" was less successful (UK number 19 in April 2002). They have also released a single, "Broken Silence" which spoke out about government prejudice which they had faced.

Aches is twenty-four year old producer and visual artist Jonny Fox from Sheffield UK currently based in Bratislava, Slovakia. His recently released debut EP (via Exitab) brims with melancholic guitar sketches, compressed artifacts, ambient textures and breathing percussion which teams with the rhythms of UK garage and spacey Jungle; Whispers are skewed, embedded in the ambiance, fading in hazy dense textures.

Luck & Neat are a London based duo composed of DJ Luck and MC Neat, creating a distinctive mix of House Music and Garage Music. They are most recognised for their 1998 release, 'A Little Bit of Luck', starting out as a promo dubplate costing a mere 50 pounds. Their debut album ('Its All Good', released 2002) has only solidified their wide following among 2 Step Garage fans. To this day they attract both underground and mainstream success.

Dave Jones, AKA Zed Bias, Maddslinky, Phuturistix.... a producer and DJ from deep within the UK dance music scene. He scored his first top 30 track with 'Neighbourhood' before setting the blueprint for the darker UK Garage sound at the end of the 90s. He was asked to mix the definitive "Sound of the Pirates" compilation and at this time began to infuse a jazzier influence into his tracks.
