Pond is free spirited Psychedelic Garage-Glam of the highest order from some very young, very talented 'Perth-onalities'. It all presents an opportunity for the members to change instruments more freely live experiment with recording. Pond is a hard band to pin down, not that you'll want to.

There are two bands with the name Gyroscope. The first is a pop punk/alternative rock band from Perth, Western Australia formed in 1997 by Daniel Sanders (vocals, guitar), Zoran Trivic (guitar), Brad Campbell (bass), and Rob Nassif (drums). They recorded their first demo cassette, First, as Gyroscope Sunday in 1998, and took up playing regularly on the Perth live circuit whilst also finding time for work and school commitments. The second is a psychedelic jazz outfit from Quebec, Canada.
Collarbones is a long distance collaboration between Adelaide’s Travis Cook and Sydney’s Marcus Whale, beginning in 2007. The ‘Waiting for the Ghosts’ EP was released in June 2009. 'Tiger Beats', a covers and remixes mixtape was released in January 2011 on bandcamp. Debut album 'Iconography' was released in March 2011 on Two Bright Lakes.
One day, after his star sign promised a ‘dynamic’ afternoon, Ambrose Nock (guitar) decided it was the right time to form a band known as Apricot Rail. He was soon joined by Jack Quirk (guitar), Matthew Saville (drums) and Daniel Burt (bass). The premise of the band was simple: music based on unique guitar tunings, the use of natural harmonics, and very open ideas about other instruments, electronica and song structure.

At the time of their formation the members were underaged, in accordance with Western Australia's liquor and gaming laws, which allowed them three years to evolve independently before being able to play their first licensed gigs.

Victor has been seen as some sort of an enigma since he first started playing in a band called Cap'n Jazz. A protege that was able to pick up a guitar and create melodic structure was far beyond his own time. Many dreamed of what he could achieve and many continue to be inspired by his talents. There is a fine line between genius and insanity, and Victor's musical career bridged upon this.
