Against Nature

Twenty-three years into their music careers, the three members of Against Nature show no signs of slowing down. Once known as Hellhound Records and Rise Above Records recording artists Revelation in the 80s-90s, Against Nature has released ten full-length recordings in the past four years on their own Bland Hand Records and has appeared on several compilations. In July 2004, returning after a 13 year absence, the Salvation's Answer-era re-formed as Against Nature and began writing and rehearsing new music.

Charger

There is more than one band called Charger: 1) Charger was a nwobhm band. They were latecomers to the scene and only released Desperadoes/Are You Out There single in 1987. The single is a rare and collectible item among NWOBHM fans. Furious pace of Charger made them one of more speed metal oriented bands of nwobhm. 2) In November 2000, Charger released their debut mini-CD through Undergroove - The Foul Year Of Our Lord' (distributed through Plastic Head) to critical acclaim in national and regional press as well as airplay on Total Rock, Radio One's Rock Show and XFM.

Thorr's Hammer

Thorr's Hammer were an American/Norwegian Doom Metal band formed in Ballard, Washington by Greg Anderson (ex-Engine Kid, Sunn O))), Goatsnake) and Stephen O'Malley (Sunn O))), Burning Witch, SARIN, Teeth of Lions Rule the Divine, Lotus Eaters, Ginnungagap, Khanate, Fungal Hex, KTL, Æthenor, Gravetemple) during winter 1994-1995. Soon after Runhild Gammelsæter, then 17-year-old Norwegian exchange student, joined the band as vocalist/lyricist.

Winters

In the history of heavy rock and roll, the greatest line-up is the three piece power trio. Think of bands from The Groundhogs, to classic Motorhead, from Cream or The Jimi Hendrix Experience, to Sebadoh and Nirvana. There’s something about the structure, the economy, the mutual support of that three piece guitar, bass and drums line-up that makes everything possible. Winters are in that classic rock tradition: an undeniably heavy band but one rooted as much in the pop art tradition of post-mod rock rather than traditional heavy metal.

The River

It started in 1999. The dust in the room began to dance & bask in the amber glow from the valves as the amps began to rumble into life. Adding the battery gave life to the monolith whilst the soothing tones of the voice healed the wounds from the bludgeon. Light from the blocked out windows cast shadows across the walls, the haze only adding to the core of the sound as the aural mantra continued. Arcturus

Arcturus is an band from Oslo, Norway featuring many prominent members of the Norwegian black metal scene from bands such as Ulver, Dimmu Borgir, Mayhem, Borknagar, The Kovenant, Emperor, and Winds. Arcturus have experimented throughout their career, extracting influences and incorporating elements from all over the musical spectrum including black metal and classical music, but the core of their sound has always been metal.

Cultura Tres

Now hailed as the national rock/sludge pride of Venezuela, Cultura Tres came from far. With the first EP "Seis" (2007) the band already outgrew the South American continent. But only after releasing debut album "La Cura" in October 2008, the band started to get noticed worldwide. During the preceding year of rigorous composing, Cultura Tres incorporated many influences into their sound, ranging from sludge to doom metal and from death metal to classic rock.
