Dntel

Dntel is the solo project of Jimmy Tamborello. Dntel is known for mixing glitch and cut-up electronic techniques with instruments like acoustic guitars, accordions, and symphonic instruments. Dntel is also the project that spawned The Postal Service. He started working as Dntel, pronounced Din-tell, in 1994. A collection of tracks created between 1995-1997 (Early Works For Me If It Works For You) was released on the Phthalo label in 1999, followed by the release of an EP recorded in 1994 (Something Always Goes Wrong) in 2000.

Andy Allo

Andy Allo is simply a breath of fresh air. The Cameroonian-born and raised singer-songwriter is one of the music scene’s exciting new artists who is breaking musical boundaries by creating her own soulful path. In 2009 the independent artist debuted her first album UnFresh, a collection of 12 original songs about the whirlwind experience of being in love, losing it while in continuous pursuit of happiness. Cibo Matto is a New York City-based band formed by two Japanese women, Miho Hatori and Yuka Honda in 1994. Despite being based in the US rather than Japan, they have strong links with the shibuya-kei scene in their use of sampling and mixture of trip-hop and rock, but stand out amongst other such artist for their particularly strong use of Latin and South American music. Cibo Matto is an Italian phrase that means "crazy food".
