Deltron 3030 is a USA supergroup, formed in 1999, around a core of: producer Dan Nakamura (aka Dan the Automator and the cantankerous Captain Aptos), rapper Teren Delvon Jones (aka Del Tha Funkee Homosapien and Deltron Zero) and DJ Eric San (aka Kid Koala and Skiznod the Boy Wonder), with many other artists, e.g. Damon Albarn, Sean Lennon and Paul Huston (aka Prince Paul) - all taking on various futuristic pseudonyms, like MC Paul Barman (aka Cleofis Randolph the Patriarch).

Atoms for Peace is an and supergroup formed in late 2009 in Los Angeles, California, United States. The group consists of Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke (vocals, guitars, and piano), Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea (bass guitar), longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich (keyboards, synths), Joey Waronker of Beck and R.E.M. (drums), and Brazilian instrumentalist Mauro Refosco (percussion). Their debut album, Amok, became available for streaming on February 18, 2013, and was released on February 25, 2013.

Transatlantic is a progressive rock supergroup founded in 1999 by Neal Morse of Spock's Beard and Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater and Liquid Tension Experiment. Other members include progressive rock veterans Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) and Pete Trewavas (Marillion). After releasing two highly acclaimed studio albums and two live recordings they disbanded in 2002 mainly because of Neal Morse's decision to start a Christian rock career.

1) Blue Murder was the hard rock brainchild of ex-Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy guitarist John Sykes. The original 1988 lineup of the band, also included ex-The Firm bass player Tony Franklin and drummer Cozy Powell (although he was almost immediately replaced by Carmine Appice). Ray Gillen was also briefly in the 1988 line-up before Sykes decided to take the vocal duties himself in addition to guitar.
