Billy Brooks is a trumpet player and composer, born August 16, 1926 in Mobile, Alabama. Brooks played with Lionel Hampton and His Orchestra and released LP Windows of The Mind on Crossover Records in 1974.

Inspired, Al contacted Oh No and proposed a collaborative project. From that point they “just clicked”, says Oh No. “I sent him a verse and a beat, and he sent a beat and a verse.” The creative sparring continued, and they began to refer to the work as Gangrene.

Jneiro Jarel (born Omar Gilyard) is a Philadelphia-based hip hop producer. Noted for his abstract style, he is also known for his beat-making alias Dr. Who Dat? and his group Shape of Broad Minds, who released both their debut EP and album on Lex Records in the summer of 2007.
Jneiro grew up in Brooklyn, and moved out of the Brownsville section at the age of 5. His mother was in the army, and as a result, he lived in many places (Maryland, Arizona, Georgia, etc.). Finally touching down in Houston, Texas in the mid 80's, where his cousin "DJ Starr" put him on to hip hop at an early age.

Afternaut is the latest project from the Liverpool based musician, Adam Rowley. For the past decade Adam has been involved with various music projects, initially starting off playing guitar in bands. But it wasn’t until 2004, while studying Film and TV at university, where he was introduced to sound manipulation using computers with effects and synthesis. This interest led to working on sound for film projects at university. Not only recording sound but also creating soundtracks. Since 2006, Adam has also been a sound designer/audio producer for the games industry.
