Afternaut is the latest project from the Liverpool based musician, Adam Rowley. For the past decade Adam has been involved with various music projects, initially starting off playing guitar in bands. But it wasn’t until 2004, while studying Film and TV at university, where he was introduced to sound manipulation using computers with effects and synthesis. This interest led to working on sound for film projects at university. Not only recording sound but also creating soundtracks. Since 2006, Adam has also been a sound designer/audio producer for the games industry.

The Alchemist and Oh No, respected and accomplished MCs and producers in their own right, weren’t acquainted until they met at a show headlined by Dilated Peoples member and mutual friend, Evidence. Inspired, Al contacted Oh No and proposed a collaborative project. From that point they “just clicked”, says Oh No. “I sent him a verse and a beat, and he sent a beat and a verse.” The creative sparring continued, and they began to refer to the work as Gangrene.

"They will cradle you in their arms and spin webs of thought that lift the swaddled listener out of the fray to be soothed awhile in the thoughts of another. They will remind you that the walls in your head don't belong to you, and excite your spirit in awkward moments of unabashed honesty, that warn you that you must walk into the woods to come out the other side. However, winter's almost gone, and there is room for things to germinate.

Tag Team was a miami bass duo of DC the Brain Supreme (Cecil Glenn) and Steve Roll'n (Steve Gibson) from Florida, USA, best known for their 1993 hit "Whoomp! (There It Is)". They released two albums, 1993's Whoomp! (There it is), and 1995's Audio Entertainment. In 2000 a Tag Team grestest hits CD was released.
