Mirah Yom Tov Zeitlyn was born September 17, 1974, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has released a number of albums under the K Records label. She has collaborated with her close friend Phil Elvrum of The Microphones and has also worked extensively with The Black Cat Orchestra. Mirah is the youngest of three children and lived in Bala Cynwyd, a suburb of Philadelphia for most of her childhood. She then moved to Olympia, Washington and attended The Evergreen State College. She is modest and deliberate, prefers privacy to invasion and reconciliation to war.

Baby Dee (born 1953) is best known in New York as the badly angelic, Shirley Temple obsessed, high riding cat that ruled the streets of lower Manhattan in the nineties. Her quest for adventure and little fishies led her to become the bilateral hermaphrodite of The Coney Island Side Show and The Kamikaze Freak Show in Europe.
Michael Musto calls her "a fabulous accordionist" and "ingenious harpist". Time Out calls her "the nightclub sensation". The LA Times calls her "hilariously bawdy".

Fursaxa is Tara Burke. Formerly a member of the Siltbreeze band Un, Tara started her Fursaxa project in 1999 after Un disbanded. After being a long time resident of Philadelphia, Tara decided to leave the "city of brotherly love" for the touring life. So from April 2005-April 2006 she toured extensively throughout the UK, the USA, and Europe with friends and fellow musicians Jack Rose, Sharron Kraus, Alexander Tucker, Christina Carter, Marcia Bassett, and Spires That in the Sunset Rise, to name a few.

So-named after infamous soundsystem experiments by obvious influences The Flaming Lips, The Parking Lot Experiments are a Melbourne free-k pop ensemble ecstatically making music that glitters with charm and smiles, that wilfully escapes genres by being so hyper-inclusive, and that will ALMOST CERTAINLY make you want to hug your friends. Currently consisting of brothers Andrew and David Connor, Lloyd Pratt and Justin Schachter (don't bother working out who plays what), often with other friends and family joining in.
