Biography:
Since 1998 Patterns in Static has been refining their talents and striving to create unique music with a personal connection. Punk rock has gone from essentially anti-commercial to marketing goldmine, and with that transition comes a large loss of substance to the music and lyrics of the genre.

Christine Hoberg

New York composer and vocalist Christine Hoberg will return with her fourth self-released LP, World Within, on 09.13.13. The follow-up to her 2011 Moonlight Never Shined So Bright this new album was recorded in Christine's Brooklyn home with an analog forefront. "This album is about my fascination with worlds that exist within each other. I have very vivid dreams. We rest ourselves and awake in another world for hours each day. We spin on a tiny globe and can see the stars and forget that we are looking through a darkening atmosphere at suns that are much greater than ours.

There are two artists with this name: 1. Mike G is a member of the Los Angeles Hip Hop collective OFWGKTA. He has released one solo album (ALI, 2010), A mixtape titled Mike Check, and a number of Chopped & Screwed Remix albums, including a version of "Bastard" by fellow bandmate, Tyler, The Creator. F.Stokes is a internationally touring rapper/poet/spoken wordsmith who has performed in premiere venues throughout the world. Direct Hit!

Direct Hit is a pop punk band based out of Milwaukee, Wis. that worships Andrew WK, The Ramones, and The Thermals in equal measure. Starting in 2008, they released a series of EPs for free online at directhit.bandcamp.com, called DH#1, DH#2, DH#3, DH#4, and DH#5, from which a full-length album will be compiled in 2011. In addition, Direct Hit has contributed songs to two split 7" records with Mixtapes (released November 2010) and Tit Patrol (released March 2011). People love them for their slogan, but mostly for their crazy energetic shows and music.

Justin Vernon

Born April 30, 1981 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, U.S. The man behind the 'Bon Iver' moniker. Vernon played in "DeYarmond Edison" which included the three current members of Megafaun. Vernon has released two solo albums, "Self-Record" and "Hazeltons". Vernon parted ways with DeYarmond Edison and is currently operating under his Bon Iver project name. His side projects include Volcano Choir, Gayngs, Eau Claire Memorial Jazz I and Anais Mitchell.

Volcano Choir

Volcano Choir is an American indie band that started as a collaboration between Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver) and Collections of Colonies of Bees. Their debut album is Unmap and was released on September 22, 2009. It reached number 92 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. A second album, Repave, was released on September 3, 2013.
The project originally came together with songs being written in 2005. It was not recorded until the fall of 2008 in Fall Creek, Wisconsin, USA.
