Tim Hall

There is more than one artist known as Tim Hall: The British Tim Hall began musical life playing in bands such as Tribal Laughter with Max Pashm and Danni Speekman. Formed Bardic Folk band Silver on the Tree in 1988, contributing material to "Eye of the Aeon", "Mystic Spiral" and "Morning Glory". Founded the Avalonian Free State Choir in 1992, principally with the intention of performing "Pagan Carols".

The Cave Singers

The Cave Singers are Seattle folk trio Pete Quirk (vocals, guitar, melodica, harmonia), Derek Fudesco (guitar, bass pedals), and Marty Lund (drums, guitar). Reminiscent of a more earnest Will Oldham, a tempered Animal Collective, or a whimsical Mountain Goats, their music is surprising yet cozy, sparse yet harmonious, pleasing yet torturous. Invitation Songs, the first full length album is to be released on September 26th 2007, on Matador Records.

Jim O'Rourke

American indie rock and avant-garde musician, composer and producer Jim O'Rourke has been a key component in the increasing overlap of the American and European music , working in everything from and to and and building many a bridge in between. A Chicago native, his work has found equal luck with experimental jazz and fanatics, room denizens, and bedroom experimentalists, and has had the resultant effect of cross-pollinating many otherwise isolated compositional communities.

Smith (Chris Palladino). Recently, Sufjan Stevens has joined the band as an adopted member of the family, playing banjo on the album Brother Is to Son and touring with them when possible.
