There are two bands/artists called The Trees: 1) Trees were an English folk rock band that existed between 1969 and 1972. Although they met with little commercial success in their time, the reputation of the band has grown over the years. The Move evolved from several mid 1960s Birmingham based groups, including Carl Wayne & The Vikings, The Nightriders & The Mayfair Set. The group's name seems to refer to the move various members of these bands made to form the group. Beside Roy Wood, the original members of the Move were drummer Bev Bevan, bassist Chris "Ace" Kefford, vocalist Carl Wayne & guitarist Trevor Burton. Their first single, 'Night of Fear' was released in 1966 and was the first in a line of memorable hits penned chiefly by Roy Wood.
Sean Nicholas Savage is from Edmonton, Ab and makes great pop music with nice hooks. He is currently living in Montreal. Sean Nicholas Savage co-wrote and sang lead on many songs for the Silly Kissers debut album. Sean has been prolific in his output, and has put out several albums under his own name, as well as numerous side projects. Under his own name, he has released: Summer 5000, Little Submarine, Sunshine Melodies/Weird Daze, & Spread Free Like A Butterfly.
Faris Badwan, frontman for UK indie rockers The Horrors, has a new project: Cat's Eyes, a duo with the Canadian opera soprano and multi-instrumentalist Rachel Zeffira. The group specializes in a glassy, symphonic take on girl-group pop, and they played their first show in December in a pretty unusual place: St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican, during an afternoon mass "attended by seven high-ranking cardinals," according to a press release. Seattle Washington's Seapony, comprised of Jen Weidl (Vocals, Guitar), Danny Rowland (guitar) & Ian Brewer (Bass). Their first release was the 3-song single Dreaming followed by their debut album, Go With Me (released by Hardly Art) which puts Jen Weidl's youthful melancholia and yearning on display and wraps it in a blanket of twee/surf/jangle pop.

There is more than one band called The Herd. 1. The Herd is a hip-hop group from suburban Sydney. They have released four full-length albums since 2001's self-titled debut. Unusually for a hip-hop outfit, The Herd's full band format permits dynamic live shows. The Herd's members include MCs Ozi Batla, Urthboy and Berzerkatron, Unkle Ho (beats), Traksewt (piano accordion, clarinet and beats), Sulo (beats and guitar), Toe-Fu (guitar), Rok Poshtya (bass) and singer Jane Tyrrell. Their songs often feature politically-oriented lyrics.
