ex-guitarist: Hotaru (left 2004) Girugamesh (ギルガメッシュ) is a Japanese alternative metal band, formed in 2004. The name is derived from the earliest known poem; Epic of Gilgamesh. The music of Girugamesh is like heavy rock with gloomy undertones, but recently the band has been experimenting with electronic sounds.

The Black Sea

The Black Sea was formed from the ashes of Frodus in 2002 when Frodus's Shelby Cinca and Jason Hamacher decided to continue playing together. At the time they recruited Fugazi bassist Joe Lally to play bass. At the time they weren't sure on if the musical endeavor would go beyond just playing music. In February 2002, Hamacher left for a 3 month excursion to Eastern Europe and Turkey after recording drum tracks for the pair.

Mirage

There are at least 14 bands named Mirage. 1) Mirage released numerous cover version megamixes of current pop hits during the eighties. Many of them were produced by Nigel Wright, sometimes together with Nigel Stock, John Davies & Robin Sellars. Mirage also had three vocalists that posed on the record-covers: Kiki Billy, Nicos Griffiths & Carlos Griffiths. 2) A cult hungarian new/darkwave band from the '80s.

Kym Mazelle

Kym Mazelle (born Kimberley Grigsby in 1960, in Gary, Indiana, U.S.) is an American soul music singer. She was brought up and lived on the same street as the Jackson family and knew Michael Jackson's mother and uncle. Early in her career, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, she enjoyed major success in the European house music scene, and performed as a member of Soul II Soul. However she is probably best known as the singer of the cover version of the song "Young Hearts Run Free", in the 1996 Baz Luhrmann film, William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet.

Vamps

There are at least 2 bands/artists with the name Vamps. 1) VAMPS is a Japanese unit by Hyde (lead vocalist of L'Arc~en~Ciel) and K.A.Z (guitarist of Oblivion Dust, hide with Spread Beaver and Spin Aqua). HYDE and K.A.Z have been working together since HYDE's third solo album FAITH, which was released in 2006. In early spring 2008, they announced the name-change for HYDE's solo project - and officially formed a band. One of the reasons being to give more credit to K.A.Z for his work. Thus VAMPS was born.

Dir en grey

Dir en grey is a Japanese alternative metal band formed in 1997 from the disbanded visual kei band La:Sadie's, that have maintained a consistent lineup consisting of 京 (Kyo) on vocals, 薫 (Kaoru) and Die on guitar, Toshiya on bass and Shinya on drums. Dir en grey, in its earliest form, began in Osaka as the band of vocalist 京 and drummer Shinya - 廃人黒薔薇族 (haijin kuro bara zoku "Invalid Black Rose Family").

C.N.Blue

C.N.BLUE (Korean: 씨엔블루), stylized as CNBLUE (Code Name Blue), is a rock band from Seoul, South Korea, which debuted under F&C Entertainment on August 19, 2009 in Japan with the band's first mini album, Now or Never. The group released four teasers for their 1st album Bluetory, starring one member per each of the videos in the sequence of Jonghyun, Minhyuk, Jungshin and lastly, Jung Yong Hwa on the 6th, 8th, 11th and 13 January respectively. On the January 14, CN Blue debuted their first mini-album with lead single "I'm a Loner" (Korean: 외톨이야).
