After completing 5 years of music business and music production training in Manchester and Newcastle (UK), Alistair spent a brief time at the now legendary Platipus Records cutting his teeth.

As a member of Kompakt since the early 90s, Reinhard Voigt has been a key player in the development and subsequent success of this legendary Cologne-based record label. Taking early notes from his infamous older brother Wolfgang Voigt (aka Mike Ink), Reinhard has refined and re-tooled his sound in a direction that has become unmistakeably his own in it's dirty, subversive (yet charming) minimal techno pop.

A claim which consequently fuels the autodidact to develop his tracks and live performances within a constantly expanding spectrum.
Michael Mayer was born and brought up in the clean air of the Schwarzwald (Black Forest), deep in Germany’s south-west corner. The days and nights of his childhood were filled with music, either liberated from his parents’ collection, absorbed via his bedside radio or tentatively played on the household’s piano. He first heard DJs at youth discos and was smitten, immediately beginning his own record collection - Italian disco, the Pet Shop Boys, extended 12” mixes of pop tracks and classic funk are its foundations.
Burger/Voigt are Jörg Burger and Wolfgang Voigt. "They met as near-infants in the early ‘80’s whilst playing in different bands at a jam space…they immediately began to record together, sharing their enthusiasm for classic indie pop from bands like Scritti Politti, The Smiths and Aztec Camera. By the late-‘80’s they’d gravitated to the sound of Chicago’s acid techno movement. 1991 brought forth their first label, Trance Atlantic.

Oxia should be no stranger to techno fans. Behind his fancy pseudonym we find one Olivier Raymond from Grenoble, France. Deejaying from the tender age of 15, Oxia has been consistently churning out productions under several guises - with Stephane Deschezeaux or the Hacker with whom he runs the Goodlife label.
