Kaki King

Kaki King (born 24th August 1979 as Katherine Elizabeth King) is an American guitarist and singer from Atlanta, Georgia. When Kaki King went into the studio in upstate New York to record the tracks for her fourth album, Dreaming Of Revenge, her producer, Malcolm Burn, had one condition: “He said, ‘If someone can’t be sawing a log in half and whistling along to the song, I don’t want it on the record,’” King recalls with a laugh.

El Heath

Like a modern day romantic, EL Heath finds beauty all around him- in childhood memories; in the countryside around his Shropshire home; in early morning light and in dreams. It’s this beauty that provides inspiration for his music: he churns out song after song after song, barely finishing one track before he rushes onto the next. The world compels this man to make music. And what music it is! It’s made using his vast arsenal of guitars, cheap synthesizers, toy instruments, circuit bent keyboards, field recordings and processed vocals - not to mention his wondrous Martenot.

Our smallest adventures

Started as an excuse for two friends to jam, Our Smallest Adventures soon became a fully fledged musical concern as a side project for Beep! Beep! Ping! members Martyn and Sandy for material which they didn't feel was appropriate the aforementioned band. Then Sandy left and Robin and William joined. A summer of many gigs followed, then Robin and William left to move to Glasgow and Our Smallest Adventures lay dormant for a while.

Spaceheads

UK duo Spaceheads have released 7 albums on such labels as Merge, BiP_HOp, Pandemonium Rdz. Andy Diagram (trumpet) and Richard Harrison (drums), take their unique sound, based on live trumpet loops, drums and electronics, to greater sonic extremes.
Lazy grooves and thick harmonised trumpet chords; sleazy deep beat brass and crushed up metallic drumbeats. Spaceheads mix the raw emotional sound of breath with the banging of wood on skin, and push it through the blips, crackle and distortion of pixelated electronic noise.

Eroica

Ah yes, the infamous break up announcement. Well foilks, after three solid years, Eroica has decided to call it quits. Whoever thought that a rehearsal space/closet in our music building would harbor such incredible times for a few years to come? Certainly not us. Thank you for anyone that has supported us in any way shape or form, you know who you are. Thank you for any band that has helped us out with a show or on tour, to anyone who bought a record, and most importantly, to our friends and family who continually supported us through thick and thin.
