M People

M People were a British house music act from Manchester which formed in 1990. They consisted of Mike Pickering, Heather Small and Paul Heard and Shovell. Pickering was a member of factory records dance act Quando Quango, but became more noted as one of the original DJs at The hacienda. Heard was a member of acid jazz band Ace Of Clubs. Heather Small was in the British Soul band Hot House who had released a number of critically acclaimed records without scoring any major success.

Carola Pisaturo

Electronic music was a discovery and abandonment of inhibitions.
Carola was born in Rome and at the tender age of eight transported to Naples, Italy with mom and dad. At eighteen she left home, traveled north and began hanging out in the world of dance music, which introduced her to electronic sounds. She was captivated. The sonority of these manipulated compositions opened the port to an enchanted voyage, delicately preparing for her debut. Her DJ carrier started in 1997, from that point on, Carola plunged in compulsively exploring and experiencing sounds inspiring her personal path.

Playgroup

There are, at least, three artists known as Playgroup. 1) A pseudonym of London, UK electroclash / electro house producer & graphic designer Trevor Jackson (aka UNDERDOG). Jackson also ran, the now defunct, Output Recordings. Discography: Make It Happen! (2000), Playgroup (2001, brought diverse influences, inc: funk, disco, hip-hop, electro & dub - creating an album that relies heavily on the past, only to reshape, with such vigour, that it might sound too modern, for its own good), several more releases followed, Reproduction (2004, a remix album) & Front 2 Back (feat. Motiv8

Steve Rodway AKA Motiv8 created some excellent remixes that set commercial clubs on fire, all artists covered. Very poppy & predictable but always uplifting in many ways. Rodway also produced for a number of high profile pop artists. A contractual dispute with one - Eurovision starlet and massive gay icon Gina G - led to that singer being unable to record, after which she struggled to regain the profile she has achieved through her work on the album 'Fresh'.

Tag Team

Tag Team was a miami bass duo of DC the Brain Supreme (Cecil Glenn) and Steve Roll'n (Steve Gibson) from Florida, USA, best known for their 1993 hit "Whoomp! (There It Is)". They released two albums, 1993's Whoomp! (There it is), and 1995's Audio Entertainment. In 2000 a Tag Team grestest hits CD was released.

Fluke are an electronic band formed in 1988 at Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, UK, by Mike Bryant, Jon Fugler and Mike Tournier. The group are noted for their diverse range of electronic styles spanning the house, techno, ambient and blues genres. Rozalla

Rozalla (born Rozalla Miller on March 18, 1964 in Ndola, Zambia) is a female Pop/Soul/Dance music performer from Zimbabwe. She is best known for her 1991 hit Everybody's Free (To Feel Good). Her subsequent club success has earned her the title "Queen of Rave". Rozalla first came on the scene in the 1980s in Zimbabwe, the country she had moved to from her birth country. Her singles charted well in the area and english producer Christopher Sergeant took her to London in 1988. She later started living there and Christopher became her manager.
