Perfume is the name of at least two bands. Perfume is a three person j-pop/electro-pop group from Hiroshima who debuted locally in 2001 and nationally in 2005. In 2001, three 11-12 year old girls from an Artist School formed a group together in their hometown of Hiroshima. Consisting of Ayano Ōmoto (Nocchi), Yuka Kashino (Kashiyuka), and Ayaka Nishiwaki (A-Chan). Because all three members had the Japanese character (香) for fragrance in their names, they named the group Perfume. In 2002, they released two limited edition singles only in Hiroshima, called “OMAJINAI★ペロリ” and “彼氏募集中”.
Hoover the dog are a Welsh Borders eclectic bunch of Musicians. They provide the combination of John Hymas' inventive strings with the counterpoint of Paul Hutchinson's Accordion and Tony Harrison's Guitar and Bouzouki playing. There is speed, excitement, colour and culture galore, along with clever and technical skill! A must listen!!!
WT Feaster His friends call him Travis. Born in Indiana his childhood was like most others. Involved in sports and like many, envisioned a life in the big leagues. Upon finishing high school Travis was offered a scholarship to pursue his dream and play baseball college when fate delivered a twisted blow. Injured his freshman season he would no longer be able to pursue that dream

There are 2 bands with the name 'The Genie'. There are even more bands with just the name 'Genie'. 1. The Genie is a band from San Francisco, California which coined the term 'scratch guitar' as a genre of music. They released an album called "Rebel Music" in 2004. 2. The Genie is also a band formed in 2003 from Melbourne, Australia made up of three members of The Cat Empire - Ollie McGill, Ryan Monro and Will Hull-Brown.
Born in Hanau in 1895, Paul Hindemith was taught the violin as a child. He entered the Hoch'sche Konservatorium in Frankfurt am Main where he studied conducting, composition and violin under Arnold Mendelssohn and Bernhard Sekles, supporting himself by playing in dance bands and musical-comedy outfits. He led the Frankfurt Opera orchestra from 1915 to 1923 and played in the Rebner string quartet in 1921 in which he played second violin, and later the viola. In 1929 he founded the Amar Quartet, playing viola, and extensively toured Europe.
The first release from jazzlotion is from the Peter Edwards Trio, performing four of Peter's original compositions. The line-up is Peter Edwards - piano, Saleem Raman - drums and Max Luthert - double bass. A little about Peter Edwards....one of the most exciting young talents on the British jazz scene today. A pianist and composer with a Masters in Jazz from Trinity College and an alumni of the Tomorrow’s Warriors artistic development programme, he has already established a growing reputation as a bandleader, musical director, composer and arranger.
With their drum-machine-powered, infectious fuzzed-out goth, Black Math bring to mind the Jesus and Mary Chain (or, if you ask them, Siouxsie and the Banshees), but with more layers to pick apart. Xina’s vocals float like the open sky above dark clouds, and she plays the cello! Jimmy’s synth and sharp drum patterns bring a shadowy dark-wave element, while Andrew’s wall-of-sound guitar harkens back to the aforementioned 1980s shoegazers.
North Mississippi Allstars is an American rock/blues jam band from Hernando, Mississippi, founded in 1996. The band is composed of brothers Luther Dickinson (guitar, vocals) and Cody Dickinson (drums, keyboards, electric washboard), and Chris Chew (electric bass guitar). Duwayne Burnside, who formerly played second guitar in the band, is a son of R.l. Burnside (who has also played on some of the band's tracks).
