Robert Hood

Robert Hood makes minimal Detroit techno with an emphasis on soul and experimentation over flash and popularity. Having recorded for Metroplex, as well as the Austrian Cheap label and Jeff Mills' Axis label, Hood also owns and operates the M-Plant imprint (including the two sub-labels Drama and Duet) through which he has released the bulk of his solo material.

Catz 'n Dogz

The name is new, but chances are you’ve already heard Catz 'n Dogz. Previously, as 3 Channels, the best friend duo have already released red hot club records on some of the most respected underground dance labels in the world including Trapez, Crosstown Rebels, Pokerflat, Boxer, dirtybird, Leena, Trenton, and their own imprint, Channels Recordings. After making underground techno for many years, the duo have now ventured into new territory.

Thomas Fehlmann

Now that his work with The Orb has earned him a place in electronic music history, Fehlmann is afforded the artistic license to transcend all previous boundaries. His musicality and experimentalist drive converge with exceptional grace and system-bumpin' appeal. Rowland The Bastard

Rowland the Bastard (whose name comes from his straight-to-the-jugular style of mixing, and not his attitude!) started djing back in 1993.
He could be found taking control of the dance floor at many free parties in the south west of England.
Out of these nights emerged a fuck-off sound system co-run by the legendary Pigfarmer and Rowland himself.
Together they were renowned for putting their 30k sound assault in any field, beach or squat, at anytime, anywhere.

The Advent

The Advent may refer to the alias of techno artist Cisco Ferreira or the Christian metalcore band. aka Cisco Ferreira Longtime advocates of sonic terrorism even before banding together as the Advent in 1993, Cisco Ferreira and Colin McBean's assault on conventional techno flourished in part because of abundant glimpses into related styles, from electro and hip-hop to techno. Soon after leaving school, Ferreira began working as an engineer at Jack Trax Records, a job which enabled him to glimpse first-hand the work of such auteurs as Derrick May and Marshall Jefferson.

First wave Detroit techno artist famous for early minimal sound combining elements of detroit with a stripped down and jacky sound more popular in Chicago at that time. Incredible crossover appeal on party tracks and stripped down minimal bleep techno, with crisp grainy claps that have made his sound and use of the RZ-1 drumbox unmistakable. Founder of Accelerate records, Seventh City Records, Seventh City distribution (and retail store on Gratiot Ave at one point), early collaborator with Richie Hawtin's Plus 8 records.
