In January 2000 two clever friends handed Scott Edwards a copy of buzz and a cdr full of samples. These were fused with a mind full of sounds crossing everything from Tangerine Dream to a Roots Supercharger and Avus was born. By this time Scott had already been honing his DJ talents for many years gaining a residency at London's Glasshouse, his own radio show and playing numerous sets around some of Britain's best (and indeed dodgiest) sweatpits.

Edinburgh based electronic producer/occasional dj. Produces dubby electronics, Idm, micro house, minimal and experimental/hard techno. records under a range of aliases such as : (i)sodyne, 3Carbine, Vent (with Lodestar), Sd Kidd, SCSI F_cker and other pseudonyms/collaborations which he chooses not to reveal. Has Remixed, wee djs, toob, jakeone, Sugar experiment station, linkwood family, B*wilder and euterke.
