choi joonyong
Choi Joonyong was born in 1977, and he lives in Seoul, South Korea. He started playing music in 1996 as a member of Sloe(later its name changed to Through the Sloe), as soon as he graduated high school. He sang and played guitar, and he wrote most of the songs. During that time he met Hong Chulki, and they found out that they both were interested in noise. So when Through the Sloe was on a break, they began their noise project Astronoise.

The Sealed Knot is the trio of Burkhard Beins (percussion), Rhodri Davies (harp) and Mark Wastell (cello, more recently double bass). They have played a vital part in what has been described as The New London Silence.

Nhomea is an improvisational group from Australia. The group has an open lineup, and comprises of a large list of experimental musicians from Sydney and interstate. Born of being aware of the present, and predicting the future - this sonic organism evokes danger, immediacy and spontaneity. The totalising effect of this experimental journey drives the listener into the unknown, and with alarming effect. Nhomea attempts to remain as true to creative inspiration as possible- to allow expression in the moment, and to be reflective of the surroundings and the audience.

Nels Cline
Nels Cline (born in Los Angeles in 1956) is an American guitarist and composer. Currently he is the lead guitarist of the rock band Wilco. Nels began to play guitar at age 12 when his twin brother, Alex Cline took up the drums. Cline is not classically trained. This gives him a unique avant-garde style that many other jazz guitarists fail to match, due to their probable conventional training. He is noted for his apt use of effects pedals and looping devices, which enhances his style and gives his approach to guitar and music a distinct sound.

R.I.O
There is more than one artist using the name R.I.O 1) R.I.O is a duo that lives and works in Buenos Aires , Argentina. Their music is in the line between free improvisation, electronic, noise, free jazz and ambient.
Their members are Sergio Merce (Tenor sax, WX7, Electronics) and Lucas Totino Tedesco (Lap steel guitar, electronics) both from Buenos Aires. 2) An electronic house project by Manuel Reuter and Yann Peifer, also known as the producing team from Cascada.
Tribal Tech
Tribal Tech is a progressive fusion band, originally formed in 1984 by guitarist Scott Henderson and bass player Gary Willis. The band includes Scott Kinsey on keyboard and Kirk Covington on drums, and has produced nine CDs that stretch the borders between blues, jazz, and rock. The band is widely regarded for the prodigious talents of its individual members and for its importance to the modern fusion music scene, but has informally dissolved following the release of 2000's Rocket Science, with the various members pursuing solo careers.
