Afternaut

Afternaut is the latest project from the Liverpool based musician, Adam Rowley. For the past decade Adam has been involved with various music projects, initially starting off playing guitar in bands. But it wasn’t until 2004, while studying Film and TV at university, where he was introduced to sound manipulation using computers with effects and synthesis. This interest led to working on sound for film projects at university. Not only recording sound but also creating soundtracks. Since 2006, Adam has also been a sound designer/audio producer for the games industry.

Rebelation

Rebelation are a 10 piece reggae, ska and rocksteady outfit based in East Anglia, England. The sound is highlighted by a powerful horn section & soulful dual male & female vocalists. Rebelation was born in late 1994 and their initial sound was heavily influenced by the likes of The Clash, Specials & The Beat, plus Jah Shaka and the other big English dub reggae sound systems of the time. Through the passage of time and with many line up 'developments,' the sound is more refined and authentic. Their traditional Ska is influenced by the Skatalites and the like.

Nemesea

Nemesea is a symphonic rock band founded by vocalist Manda Ophuis and guitarist Hendrik Jan de Jong in September 2002 in Groningen, The Netherlands. The band currently consists of Manda Ophuis (vocals), Hendrik Jan de Jong (guitars), Sonny Onderwater (bass), Lasse Delbrugge (keyboards) and Steven Bouma (drums). In April 2003 the band had their first performance as support act for After Forever, and remained that band's support for a year.

Atoms for Peace

Atoms for Peace is an experimental rock and electronic supergroup formed in late 2009 in Los Angeles, California, United States. The group consists of Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke (vocals, guitars, and piano), Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea (bass guitar), longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich (keyboards, synths), Joey Waronker of Beck and R.E.M. (drums), and Brazilian instrumentalist Mauro Refosco (percussion). Their debut album, Amok, became available for streaming on February 18, 2013, and was released on February 25, 2013.

Da Lata

Da Lata was originally founded by musician and producer Chris Franck and DJ Patrick Forge in the summer of 1996. The idea for the project was to blend afro-brazilian influences with modern dance sensibility incorporating both acoustic and electronic elements in the music. Early experimentation came in the form of remixes rather than original material which proved to be a great way of honing the sound and at the same time gave exposure to the name.

Jackie Oates is an English Folk singer from Exeter. She plays a Tim Phillips 5 string Viola and plays very traditional folk music.
She was a finalist in Radio 2’s young folk musician awards in 2003 and won both the 'Best Traditional Track' and 'Horizon' awards in 2009

James Carter

Born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1969, James Carter began playing saxophone at age 11, first recorded with a Detroit student ensemble in 1986 and, by 1991, had recorded with legendary trumpeter Lester Bowie on The Organizer and contributed to the 1991 collection The Tough Young Tenors. Mastering a family of reed instruments, from sopranino to contrabass saxophones to contrabass and bass clarinets, James Carter mesmerized the jazz world after arriving in New York City in 1988 to play under the auspices of Lester Bowie.

Chuck Loeb

Chuck Loeb is a skillful guitarist capable of numerous styles of music, most notably jazz. Loeb's own solo projects have generally been commercially successful crossover jazz, which has "contemporary" or "smooth" jazz. He started playing guitar when he was 11, discovered jazz when he was 16, took lessons from Jim Hall, Pat Metheny and Joe Puma, and attended the Berklee College of Music. Loeb freelanced in New York (with Hubert Laws, Chico Hamilton, Joe Farrell among others) and then in 1979 joined Stan Getz's group for two years.
