There is more than one artist with this name: 1) An American melodic that appeared onto the music scene too late to make any sort of lasting impact.
The group was formed by brothers, and former Brunette band mates, Johnny (vocals) and Joey Gioeli (guitar). They recruited former Bad English members Neal Schon (guitar, best known for his work in Journey) and Deen Castronovo (drums). Ex Doro and David Lee Roth bassist Todd Jensen rounded out the band.

NightShade

1) The band is based in Kungsbacka, south of Gothenburg, Sweden. It was formerly known as Northern Shadow, but the name was changed to Nightshade in January 1996. After some serious line-up changes (in fact, the only remaining member is vocalist Daniel Kvist), the first official demo, ‘The Benighted’, was recorded in ART Studio June 1997. A couple of bassplayers later the preparation of the second demo resulted in recruiting a keyboard player.

Gamma Ray

Founded in 1989 by Kai Hansen in Hamburg, Germany after leaving Helloween, Gamma Ray borrowed straight from the Helloween classics, and continued to pioneer Hansen's style of power metal. After four years with Helloween, Kai Hansen decided to leave the band at the height of their career. He then went on to do some studio work with Blind Guardian. Kai and his friend Ralf Scheepers from Tyran' Pace decided to start a project. They recruited bassist Uwe Wessel and drummer Mathias Burchard. The resulting sound was very close to Helloween's power metal style.

The Scams

The Scams are a Swedish rock and roll band Danny, Chuck n' Kriss grew up in different but similar smalltowns were R'n'R is king and the destillerymachines are coocking 24-7. It´s easy to say that R'n'R has been corrupting their ungodly souls ever since tasting their first beer sometime around 4th grade. 2001 Danny n' Chuck formed The Scams inspired by the movie "Oh brother where art thou". The Scams has delivered pure R'n'R with influences from Rockabilly, 50s rock and 70s punk since their first gig in 2002.

Redrum

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Redrum - (often stylized as REDRUM) is a Japanese indie/shoegaze rock band who formed in 1996 with the decisive goal of becoming a band similar to Portishead for Japan. The members of the band consist of Yumi (vocals), Tsuyoshi (guitar) and Kazi (drums). The role of bassist officially changed two times and was helmed primarily by Soto who joined the band early on and stayed until his departure in December 2004. Their catalogue of works consists of only a few proper albums, several mini albums and maxi singles.
