Demian

More than one artist has used the name Demian. Demian (1) was a Texan psychedelic rock band (formerly known as Bubble Puppy), formed in 1966 in San Antonio, Texas by Rod Prince and Roy Cox. Looking to form a "top gun rock band" based on the concept of dual lead guitars, Prince and Cox recruited Todd Potter, a gymnast, saxophone player and guitarist. With the addition of Danny Segovia, the original line up of Bubble Puppy was complete. Bubble Puppy's live debut was as the opening act for The Who in San Antonio.

Carmine Appice

Carmine Appice (b. December 15, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American rock drummer of Italian ancestry. He is brother to Vinny Appice, who also plays drums professionally. Appice first came to prominence as the flamboyant percussionist with the late 1960s psychedelic foursome Vanilla Fudge. Appice and bassist Tim Bogert contributed distinctive background harmonies to the group's high-decibel sonic assault.

Soundgarden

Soundgarden is a Seattle rock band who helped to define the sound that came to be called . Despite starting years earlier, and having a sound that more closely resembled Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin than their contemporaries, they are usually considered one of the "big four" of the '90s Seattle grunge bands, along with Alice in Chains, Nirvana and Pearl Jam. The band was formed in 1984 by Chris Cornell (vocals, and originally drums) and Hiro Yamamoto (bass), to be joined later by Kim Thayil (guitar) and Scott Sundquist (drums).

The band's first studio album, "Van Halen", released in 1978, is widely regarded as a milestone in rock music. With this first release, the band, featuring David Lee Roth on vocals, Michael Anthony on bass, and Dutch-born Edward Van Halen on guitars (and also keyboards later) and brother Alex Van Halen on drums, established itself as a leader in the emerging and commercially successful U.

Oliver/Dawson Saxon

Oliver/Dawson Saxon is a British heavy metal band formed in 1995 by former members of Saxon, guitarist Graham Oliver and bassist Steve Dawson. In 1994, Graham Oliver and Steve Dawson, founding members of Saxon, reunited under the name Son of a Bitch (which had been Saxon's own name originally, before they became well known) and released Victim You. In 2000 after a period of inactivity they decided to officially rename themselves Oliver/Dawson Saxon.
