En Garde, formed in the Chapel Hill, NC area during the summer of 2005, is one of the creative outlets for John Booker, former bassist of San Francisco rock band io. The lineup for En Garde changed frequently throughout its short-lived run, but at various times included ex-members of such bands as Strunken White, Des Ark, Sorry About Dresden, and Makeshift. Before its breakup, En Garde released an EP of six songs, among them "What You Want It To Say," "June Infinity," "All My Words," and "The Good Years."

Maria Farantouri (Greek: Μαρία Φαραντούρη), born in Athens on 28 November 1947 is a Greek singer. She has collaborated with prominent Greek music composers such as Mikis Theodorakis (Μίκης Θεοδωράκης), who wrote the score for Pablo Neruda's Canto General, which Farantouri performed. During the military junta which ruled Greece until 1975 she colloborated with Mikis Theodorakis by recording protest songs in Europe.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Redrum - (often stylized as REDRUM) is a Japanese indie/shoegaze rock band who formed in 1996 with the decisive goal of becoming a band similar to Portishead for Japan. The members of the band consist of Yumi (vocals), Tsuyoshi (guitar) and Kazi (drums). The role of bassist officially changed two times and was helmed primarily by Soto who joined the band early on and stayed until his departure in December 2004.
