Master Warbeast, a thrash/death/punk metal band from Kidderminster England, originally started out as a two piece recording project but soon manifested itself into a live band. Formed in a pub by Ex-vocalist Andy and then guitarist, bassist and drum programmer Karl. The name came from the first cheesiest vintage grind/death name that came into their heads. Wie zegt dat de Nederlandse bandscene weinig te bieden heeft, heeft Atreides nog niet gehoord. Deze formatie van vier jongens en een zangeres staat garant voor bijzonder energieke live performances waarbij zowel publiek als band compleet in de muziek opgaat. De nummers doen in sfeer en toegankelijkheid denken aan Alter Bridge of Paramore, maar met gitaarsolo’s die variëren tussen Eddie van Halen en John Mayer. Ook weerklinkt af en toe de kalme, volle sound van Angels & Airwaves, maar toch staan veel nummers zo stevig als een huis in de stijl van Extreme of Story Of The Year.

Coal Chamber is a nu metal band from Los Angeles, CA, USA formed in 1995. They enjoyed some mainstream success in the mid to late 90's during the nu metal boom which they, along with bands like KoЯn helped create. The band gained a large following early in their career, arguably because they were one of the first 'darker' themed nu metal bands. Coal Chamber signed to Roadrunner Records and recorded their first album (both in 1996) for their self-titled debut in 1997.

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Defender is a House band from France. This is a one-time collaboration between Alan Braxe, Fred Falke, and Savage. They've released only one mini-EP, called Defender, in 2005 on Vulture Music. It also appears to be the most successful Defender on last.fm. 2) Defender is a Chicago based band. The brainchild of childhood friends Jorge Ledezma (guitars, keyboards) and Gabi Meszaros (bass, keyboards) who began making home recordings and sound collages in the early 90's.
