1) Necronomicon were formed in 1971 in Aachen, the Western part of Germany near the Belgium and Netherlands border. With wailing acid guitar solos, dark organ swirls, and angst-ridden singing in German, Necronomicon has created a dark and powerful vision that blends psychedelic and progressive music with a proto-punk garage band sensibility.

Toxic Shock was a speed/thrash metal band, featuring members from Tampa, Florida and New York, New York. They released 5 demos from 1988 and 1992. 3.) There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Defender is a House band from France. This is a one-time collaboration between Alan Braxe, Fred Falke, and Savage. They've released only one mini-EP, called Defender, in 2005 on Vulture Music. It also appears to be the most successful Defender on last.fm. 2) Defender is a Chicago based band. The brainchild of childhood friends Jorge Ledezma (guitars, keyboards) and Gabi Meszaros (bass, keyboards) who began making home recordings and sound collages in the early 90's.

Destruction

Destruction is a German thrash metal band formed in Lörrach, Germany in 1982. They originally started under the name Knight of Demon. They soon changed their name to Destruction and released two demos.
They are also known as one of the three big names of Teutonic thrash metal; the others are Kreator and Sodom. They recorded their first demo in 1984 entitled "Bestial Invasion of Hell". The original line-up consisted of vocalist/bassist Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer, drummer Tommy Sandmann, and guitarist Mike Sifinger.
