The Plague

Several bands go by the name The Plague: 1) 1960's garageband from Canada, known for the song 'face of time'. 2) 1970's Art/Rock band from New Zealand: In 1977 Richard von Sturmer returned from England, according to The Mechanics Of Popular Music "charged with the new punk movement that flourished there. He assembled a troupe of 'actors' and they rehearsed a series of theatre/music pieces revolving around his poetry and showmanship. The called themselves The Plague." They used material from Inside Information; songs such as Frank Gill's An Idiot and Private Property.

Injustice

There are two bands named Injustice:
1) Injustice is Finnish band from Oulu, which plays nearly every kind of music; particirarly progressive music, pop or punk. It formed in 2006 and disbanded in 2007 after their fist album: The Street Of Gangsta Mans. The great hit song was Green Night. Samothrace initially came together out of friendship made through involvement in DIY Punk/Hardcore/Metal community. Although currently based in Seattle, Washington, their hometowns span from New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma. Their lyrics, albeit poetic, are rooted in the ideals of social change, political incoherence, and a bleak but positive outlook on life... intended for those who've taken back their breath and risen on their own and those who wish to do so. Bonnie Raitt

Bonnie Raitt, (born November 8, 1949) is an American blues and R&B singer, songwriter, and guitarist who was born in Burbank, California, the daughter of Broadway musical star John Raitt. Raitt began playing guitar at an early age, something not a lot of her high school girlfriends did. "I had played a little at school and at camp," she later recalled in a July 2002 interview. "My parents would drag me out to perform for my family, like all parents do, but it was a hobby—nothing more...I think people must wonder how a white girl like me became a blues guitarist.

The Absentees

USA punk band from Long Beach, California.
Formed in 1978 as The Absentee Concept, they would later shorten their name to The Absentees.
In 1981 the band released a 7" single "Tryin' To Mess With Me" / "F.U.M." which would become, in the 1990's, the most sought after Californian punk single.
The band originally split in 1983 but reformed in the late 1990's.

Trixter

There are two artists called Trixter. One is a rock band from New Jersey (1) , the other a songwriter from the UK (2). 1. Trixter is an American hard rock band from Paramus, New Jersey. The band achieved moderate success in the early 1990s but disbanded for several years as 80s style rock lost mainstream popularity. The original members reunited in 2008 to tour and record new material. 2. Trixter is a songwriter/performer of experimental electronic music who has worked with a number of well-known pop acts in the 2000s.

Rain Machine

Rain Machine is the sideproject of Kyp Malone, guitarist and vocalist of TV on the Radio and Iran. On a press release Malone explained: "I've been writing and recording songs alone since I moved to NYC in 2000, at first alone because I didn't know anyone, then through the years by choice because of a particular freedom that going it alone afforded. I've played regularly since then, at first under the name Black Lights until some kids in Texas told me they were already using that name.
