Session

Session delivers his rhymes as if the next word he spits will make your brain explode. Forceful and deliberate in every sense, this Hartford, CT bred, Bronx native MC forces you to watch while he playfully makes every beat his bitch. Initially discovered by PMD of the legendary Hit Squad crew (EPMD, Redman, Keith Murray, Das EFX) at the age of 18, Session has been slowly developing under the radar into a conceptual monster of mythic proportions, set to storm the scene to the sound of collapsing buildings and the screams of those who slept.

The resulting album—produced by Nujabes and Monorisick of Hyde Out Productions and released in October, 2001—earned Substantial international critical acclaim and a particularly devoted following in Japan, where it was recorded and distributed.
