Planes Over Paris

It takes a while to build something big. Hailing from the Isle Of Man PlanesOverParis got together back in May 2007 and began quietly writing and building songs before playing their first show in Dec '07. Not into scenes or fads the band have a huge sound and make uplifting, atmospheric music with a groove and began building a dedicated following on the local music scene after only a handful of live shows. They have recently gained a new member and are recording and writing.

Aaron Cassidy is a composer currently based in Huddersfield, England. His music is gaining increasingly widespread exposure, with performances in the United States, Mexico, Austria, the Netherlands, Croatia, England, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. His music can be characterized by an uncompromising dedication to instability and fragmentation. The received wisdom of performance practice is continually questioned and reasserted, often with intentionally unpredictable results.

The debut's album of the band is called “Don’t Be a Dick”. Words of wisdom from the mouth of new teenage pop punk band Emily’s Army. Influenced by the rich East Bay music scene, Gilman Street, classic power pop, and garage rock, Emily’s Army craft heartfelt teenage anthems dealing in cautionary tales, politics, and the pressures of adolescence.
The band members have known each other for most of their lives and discovered their passion for music together.

Blues Pills, a soulful garage rock blues band, released a 10'' EP on Sweden's Crusher Records in on May 25 2012 and a 7'' EP featuring two tracks on Iowa's Maximum Ames Records on July 3 2012. First thing to note: this band is a Swedish-American hybrid like there has not been before.

Maria Schneider

Biography
Schneider was born in Windom, Minnesota. She moved to New York City in 1985 after attending college at the University of Minnesota, the University of Miami and the Eastman School of Music. She studied under Bob Brookmeyer and Gil Evans, working on various projects with Evans, including the film The Color of Money. Schneider formed the Maria Schneider Jazz Orchestra in 1993, appearing weekly at Visiones in Greenwich Village for five years. Her orchestra performed at many jazz festivals and toured Europe.

Angel Olsen hails from sunny, gorgeous, post-industrial St. Louis, Missouri. Beginning her performing career at age 16 in coffee shops, she now hones her craft in Chicago, Illinois, with recent tours to both seaboards and upcoming collaborations with members of the national indie music scene. Her intimate songwriting is coupled with a strong, ethereal tone and hypnotic rhythm acoustic guitar, borrowing from influences as varied as Skeeter Davis and homespun Americana to Spanish guitar and the French New-Wave chanteuse Francoise Hardy.

Cosmic Kids

Cosmic Kids Ron Poznansky and Dan Terndrup didn’t meet in outer space as their DJ moniker may indicate, but the story is still equally as good. The two met in a high school classroom meant for kids who had trouble paying attention. They bonded over their love of classic rock. Right out of high school they both volunteered to work at the Los Angeles radio station KCRW. Known for its eclectic programming, the friends were exposed to all different kinds of music, and began collecting and consuming records, feeding their ever-expanding appetite for music.
