Inveracity is a Greek brutal death metal in the vein of early Suffocation with lyrical themes based on sexual sadism, perversion, and misogyny. However, on their new album, they perfected a sound crossing older Deeds of Flesh with the melodic and epic sensibilities of Kronos.
DEFEATED SANITY was formed in 1994 as a project of Wolfgang Teske (guitar) and Lille Gruber (drums) with the intention to play the most brutal and intense death metal possible. The band started playing shows in 1996 with the help of session musicians Jonas Gruber (bass) and Robert Colnik (vocals). With this line-up the band also recorded 2 demos: Devoured By The Black (1996) and Withdrawn From Beauty (1998).
Fractured Insanity is a brutal death metal band from Moorsele, Belgium. They formed in 2004 by Cid (Vocals, Aeons of Old/Valkyre), Kenny (Lead Guitar), Dieter (Guitar, Pulverize), Didier (Bass, Fleshmould) and Ignace (Drums, Huldrefolk and Aguynguerran). They mix death and gore with their twisting, stop-start catch riffs and hard-tuned drums to create an original piece of death metal. The band self-released an EP "The Ethics of Nihility" in 2006 which put together an awesome crush of guitars and engery into the brutal death metal scene.
Kartikeya is a Blackened Death Metal Band with Indian influences (in both lyrics and instrumentation) formed in Moscow, Russia in 2004. In 2008 Ulcerate the band's line-up changed considerably - after much consideration the decision was made to opt for a return to the lower pitched vocals utilised during the band's demo period, and so bassist Paul Kelland stepped up to take over the vocal duty from Ben Read. Beheaded is a brutal death metal band. They formed back in 1991, with the sole intention of being one blistering death/grind act, Beheaded has breathed fire ever since. Set in Fgura, Malta, an island, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, the quintet stood firm, against all the odds, and confrontations such an environment generated. Beheaded toughened after each clash, and molded into a beast of tenacity and inhuman determination.
There are at least five artists called Brutus: - 1, a hardcore band from Asturias, Spain. Formed in June 2008, Brutus gave their first show one month later. From then onwards Brutus has released a self-titled EP in July 2009, recorded at KTC Domestic Productions which was presented in numerous places, mainly in the north of Spain, sharing stage with bands like For the Glory or Avenues and Silhouettes. Brutus has announced that they will release a new work in February 2012. We don't know the title yet, but it is taken for granted that this new album will please all their fans.
NOTE: not to be confused with The Ghouls. Massimiliano Franceschini started Ghouls back in 1996 with Fabrizio Franceschini on bass, Marco Meister on guitars and Andrea Cassina on drums. Their self titled first demo, in 1996, included four tracks (Evil & Hate; Fear; Antichrist; Absolute Dominion). Few months after the recording session Meister and Cassina left the band. In 1998 Massimiliano knew Antonio Poletti (former Novembre) and Emilio Trillò (from Carnal Rapture) and they talked about record a new demo.
