Martin Bizarro is a British sound artist, lyricist, adventurer and beetroot skinner, whose lo-fi casio mashups and musique concrete have been played on youtube by over two people, including himself. He used to hang around with Neil Campbell and Richard Youngs a bit, and now pesters the A Band on an irregular basis.

The life and work of Taylor Deupree are less a study in contradictions than a portrait of the multidisciplinary artist in a still-young century. Deupree is an accomplished sound artist whose recordings, rich with abstract atmospherics, have appeared on numerous record labels, and well as in site-specific installations at such institutions as the ICC (Tokyo, Japan) and the Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media (Yamaguchi, Japan).
Guitarist Ivar Grydeland and percussionist Ingar Zach, prime movers and catalysts for free improvised music in Norway, got in touch with Christian Wallumrød after hearing his “Sofienberg Variations” on ECM and they have since worked together in diverse combinations including, since 2004, ‘Dans les arbres’ a project completed by French clarinettist Xavier Charles. Their radical all-acoustic improvisation explores sonorities and textures that frequently sound electronic, and also often sounds ‘composed’ – with echoes of Cage and the New York School.

Seaworthy, a three-piece collectivefrom Sydney, Australia that primarily revolves around core member Cameron Webb as well as Sam Shinazzi and Greg Bird, was formed in early 2000 to explore melodic and experimental approaches to the construction (and unravelling) of minimalist soundscapes from looped guitar, warm drones, piano, electronics and field recordings.

The Funeral Suits are three snot nosed young men from Dublin and Limerick. The three came together in 2008 to write a soundtrack for the apocalypse but when that didn’t happen they formed the Funeral Suits. With a common disgust for the generic indie bands that had taken over the music scene the three conspired to form a band so that they could write some songs that would make their friends smile for a while.

YASUNAO TONE (刀根康尚) was one of the first Japanese artists active in composing "events" and improvisational music. He has been active in the Fluxus movement since 1962 and has also been an organizer and participant in many important music and performance groups such as Group Ongaku, Hi-Red Center, Team Random (the first computer art group organized in Japan). Primarily a composer, Tone has worked in many media, creating pieces for electronics, computer systems, film, radio and television, as well as environmental art.
Robert Ashley may be either of two different artists - an American opera writer or an American video-games journalist and podcaster. A) Robert Ashley, a distinguished figure in American contemporary music, holds an international reputation for his work in new forms of opera and multi-disciplinary projects.
