Zambri

Zambri is the ethereal duo of Cristi Jo and Jessica, sisters whom have been making music together since they shared a bedroom as kids. Spending endless hours creating stories and building universes with their voices and toys, their debut album, House Of Baasa, out now, is a powerful expression that embodies the spirit of adventure in all its glory. Strings are stretched to reveal alien textures, found sounds and field recordings weave in and out, all the while traveling through a colorful landscape that pulls the listener deep into the otherworld of Zambri...

New Carnival are a 3 piece band from the West of England who play Alternative/Indie music. They are going places - and fast. They formed at the end of 2009 and have been playing sell-out live shows ever since. They record in an attic on an ancient 8-track recorder, keeping their sound as live, clear and direct as their gigs. Music and lyrics are by singer and guitarist, Max, with Billy (bass) and Bertie (drums) completing a powerful line-up. ‘Don’t Miss now - if you want to hold your head up when they play the 02’ - Mark Rowland, CEO Indiemedia

Like a Stuntman

Like A Stuntman are four people from in and around Hamburg. They are strange but friendly people who make some queer electronic indie-rock noises. They are rather good at what they do, and make us smile with their quirky melodies, off-kilter rhythms, funny dances, and on-stage banter. They sing and play musical instruments like guitars and drums, and one of them also likes to play live electronics with lots of varied keyboards and even a portable computer system.

Clara Clara

Clara Clara saw the light of day in a basement in the small town of Dijon, France, gathered around a saucepan drumkit, a “” Höner guitar and a My First Sony Microphone. Yet it immediately became the very core of the local scene (we’re talking at least 8 people here, all of them shell- shocked by a short stay in town of band The Ex). Basically of Charles and François Virot (the latter being famous enough under his own name) and Amélie Lambert (a school book of whom cued the band with its name)...
