Branford Marsalis (born August 26, 1960, Beaux Bridge, Louisiana) is an American jazz saxophonist. Branford studied with Alvin Batiste at Baton Rouge's Southern University in 1978, completing his studies at Berklee School of Music, between '79 & '81. He began his professional career in the early 1980s playing with Art Blakey's big band (playing baritone), Clark Terry's band, and Blakey's Jazz Messengers.
An accomplished guitarist and singer songwriter from Slough. David Brent originally found success with the band Foregone Conclusion, with whom he toured with a little known Scottish act called Texas. After this brush with fame Brent took a break to manage a paper merchants in his hometown. After appearing in the popular BBC2 documentary "The Office" Brent returned to the music industry starting his own record label "Juxtaposition Records" and releasing a cover of "If You Don't Know Me By Now" however chart success never came Brent's way so he started a career in sales.
Pretty In Pink was a short-lived new jack swing teen girl group, which featured Chaka Khan's daughter Milinie Khan.
There are three Jason Walkers. 1. Jason Walker is a male vocalist from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania known for his soulful diva-like vocals. He scored a #1 track on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2004 with "Foolish Mind Games" and in 2005 with "Set It Free." They were named after the town of Hedley, British Columbia, a name chosen after members heard that it was for sale for $246,000.
