Run Dust

Run Dust aka Ronald Doussier is a new project coming straight from the lowlands of Northern Germany. The music is pure hammer with beguiling vocals direct, devilish and disgusting. Hardly navel gazing but real, punchy, direct. All killing. Harkens back to Cab Voltaire's more violent output, but R. Dust throws his own pisstake on it. Like a hard german funk-krautbox with a very short late 80s Glenn Danzig spitting hell through a buttcrusher. Treble, not bass. Releases on Karl Schmidt Verlag and upcoming ep entitled 'Decency Rally' on Manchester, UK's Tesla Tapes.

Conlon Nancarrow

Conlon Nancarrow (b. October 27, 1912, Texarkana - d. August 10, 1997, Mexico City) was an American-born composer who lived most of his life in Mexico. Nancarrow is remembered almost exclusively for the pieces he wrote for the player piano. He was one of the first composers to use musical instruments as mechanical machines, utilising their capacity to play complex polyrhythms at tempos far beyond human performance ability.

The Dresden Dolls

The Dresden Dolls are an American musical duo from Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Formed in 2001, the group consists of Amanda Palmer (vocals, piano, ukulele, toy piano, harmonica) and Brian Viglione (drums, percussion, guitar, vocals). They describe their heavily art-damaged and theatrical style as "Brechtian ", a phrase invented by Palmer because she was "terrified" that the press would invent a name that "would involve the word ''," and are part of an underground movement that started gaining momentum in the early 1990s.
