mannequin republic

mannequin republic are a band formed in Harrogate, UK that couldn't get the name they wanted on myspace so had to have their name without a space. As you can see, they were the first to claim the name on Last.fm! They can see how their name would still be annoying however, and the explanation for having their name in all lowercase letters is that it makes the band cool and prime subjects for the NME and no one can tell them otherwise.
