Bob James

Bob James (born December 25, 1939) is a two-time Grammy Award-winning jazz keyboardist. Though he has recorded a couple of straight jazz albums, most of his recordings contain "pop-jazz" which is a type of instrumental pop music. Bob James was an important figure in turning 1970s fusion jazz more commercial. For their album One on One, Earl Klugh and Bob James received a Grammy award for Best Pop Instrumental Performance of 1981.

Brian Auger's Oblivion Express

In 1965 Auger formed the group Steampacket along with Long John Baldry, Julie Driscoll and Rod Stewart. With Driscoll and the band Trinity he went on to produce several hit singles, notably a cover of Bob Dylan's This Wheel's on Fire. In1965 Auger formed the group The Steampacket, along with Long John Baldry, Julie Driscoll, Vic Briggs and Rod Stewart. With Driscoll and the band, Trinity, he went on to record several hit singles, notably a cover version of David Ackles' "Road to Cairo" and Bob Dylan's "This Wheel's on Fire", which was featured on Dylan Covered.

With their debut E.P, So Make Your Move out in June, the group aims to give the musical masses something to smile about. The Leeds natives Drew Lawson (vocals), Ben Jackson (guitar, vocals), Jake Greenwood (bass), Lee Whitaker (guitar) and Liam Broad (drums) met while their current bands were falling apart and were immediately bonded by their shared love of pop music and party.
