Rumpistol

Born in 1978, Jens Berents Christiansen is the man behind Rumpistol. He likes to work in the crossfield between melody based pop music and experimental sounds, but always maintains his characteristic warm sound. With great influences from dub he delivers an interesting take on electronica, click-hop and downbeat. Rumpistol's self-titled debut album was released in 2003 on Rump Recordings, and he has played many concerts in Denmark and abroad since then.

The recently married musical partners, Joshua and Molly Blanchard, have expanded their sparse sound to include both mushroom laced chamber pop and shimmering instrumental soundscapes. In keeping with a continued spirit of family, the couple have added their nephew, Graeme Enkelis as their new Bass player and cousin, Jesse Stevens on drums and flute.

Origamibiro

Origamibiro is the alias of tom hill. Formerly one half of acclaimed electronica duo, Wauvenfold, Tom has released material on Wichita Records and performed a number of live shows under his other solo alias - Penfold Plum.
His debut with Expanding Records,
Cracked Mirrors and Stopped Clocks, sees Tom shift away from the angular beat contortions of Wauvenfold to sculpt an album of interlacing classical guitar-part harmonies and textural samples - including the creaks of chairs and all the knocks, scrapes, bumps and other by-products that come with playing a wooden instrument.
